Eating to raise awareness about food allergies For people with food allergies, food can be a matter of life and death. The constant fear, uncertainty, the lack of control and dependence on others, can turn one of the human pleasures into a nightmare. Caution, Eating wishes to evoke empathy and awareness among those who do not suffer from allergies about the fears, anxieties, and daily struggles of people with allergies, through a meal in which the utensils challenge the diners' ability to choose and control their food.
